She's been there for three years and it seems like you've been there for less. If you think about it, that might be an accomplishment. Honestly, if you want to be better, all you've got to do is do your best, without overworking yourself. You are all you have, so why take cheap shots to the top? (Doing that is completely fake and everybody will know what you're doing.) So, why don't you learn how to properly form a sentence and do what you're supposed to do?
