Across the hall from...

The building I work in has about 25 people working in it, mostly all engineers and upper-middle level management. My office sits across the hall from the Men's Bathroom...and our walls do not have very good insulation. So almost on a daily basis, I am listening to the bowel movements of these uppity engineers. And once you hear that, and know who it is coming from, you can never look that person in the eye again. It's especially bad when they come into my office after I just listened to the fog horn that is their rear end.

I'm curious if they all washed their hands?

no kidding (09/16/2005)
Funny you should ask that! I too, used to sit in a cubicle outside the washroom and it got to the point where I would just keep track for some sort of twisted office fun. You could tell, based on the between the flush and the door opening back up again (and then the obvious sink water running) who did and didn't wash their hands. I am telling you straight up, the higher up on the food chain, the less likely the person is to wash their hands. This is based on MONTHS of bored office research.
