Branding/Marketing Suicide

OK so this year the company I work for (a large global company) cut off bonuses and gave excuses for not paying them out and pissed a lot of people off. So what do they go and do? They come up with this campaign to boost morale and link everybody together and promote global teamwork blah blah blah...This week, a month after they announce no bonues, they send out a pad of post-it notes and two 8/12 x 11 sheets of stickers with their logo and new marketing catch phrases. We're talking over 3000 employees! "Hi...no bonus guys...because we spent the money on STICKERS". Anyway,...what is one of the new tag lines that the geniuses came up with??

("X" is the first letter of the company name here)

"X is a Challenger"

HELLOOOO? THE CHALLENGER BLEW UP! I bet their next campaign will reference the Hindenburg or the Titanic.

Gosh they just keep making it easier and easier...
