So that chick who speaks no english is now like in charge so to speak of everthing in that office. Her lack of english does not bother me. What bugs me is her only working two days and the boss leaving her in charge of everything..including payroll. She has never worked a job in america before but possibly cleaning houses. Anyhow Thrusday we leave and she's left to lock up (since the boss is out of town). As I leave I notice her husband come and park in front of the main door and turn off the car. The next day I found out the last employee who left, saw her man come in to the office. Let the drama begin. The only reason she has that job is because my boss knows her husband. This lady who claims to be a "computer tech" has messed up our systems (which are hooked up to a network for other offices in other citys) to the point of nothingness. The boss calls the REAL computer tech. to come clean up this chicks mess. Costing the company money, time, and stress. Then as the real tech leaves, she goes and tells the boss..OH i found out what I did wrong, I'm sorry. The boss smiles and is like it's cool, don't worry about it. Since the boss is out of town she's been calling her for everything..and I mean everything..like if we are 5mins late. If we leave 5min early for lunch. If we clock in 5mins early. It's getting old. I mean we clock into a puch clock server on a p.c. and after we clock in she runs over and writes it on a paper. I wish she'd get terminated soon, but fat chance of that happening my boss loves her.
