Questionable Authority

Ok, guys, a bit of advice. The cow saga for me is over, but it turns out it continues for others in my office. Cow kisses my ass, and everyone else's if I'm around, since I'm the one who got her in serious trouble for being a work-jerk to the nth degree. Now, the other day I stumbled on the cow having a row with Tiny Lady, one of my co-workers in my "department". They were arguing about SOMETHING, but I'm not sure what. Tiny Lady had some kind of problem with Cow, and Cow (having learned from picking on me) told her to go to the office manager if she had a problem. Later I saw the office manager scrambling down the hall to find Tiny Lady, since Cow had decided to go to her. I didn't see everything, but later asked Tiny Lady about it, and she said the office manager came to her and told her NOT to mention the incident to mr. Big Boss Senior Doctor. I do know that if he caught wind of Cow being a pain in anyone's behind again, she'd get fired. I think it's wrong to go to an employee who hasn't done anything wrong and try to silencce them, when she should be addressing the issue (the COW) instead. What is going on here???? Advice, anyone?

Whoa... a bit hard to follow with all these code name...;-) My only advice is to go with your gut. If your guy tells you that you'd feel better talking with the big boss about it, then do it. These people are not unapproachable celebrities, they are employees of the same company. And everyone is on the same team. As long as you are professional about whatever conversation you want to have, then there is no reason you can't talk to whomever you like.
