Supreme intrusive/investigative rights to Employers and Coworkers and eveil club membership

A chief, manager and/or supervisors and coworkers have some type of clubs (unknown network - mafia or what), memberships to know about some who do not belong to evil clubs and/or who continue working honestly rather than intruding (psychopath) others computer work etc. They also do not know what's going on with anyone in office as they do not belong to their relational (mind wash) therapy (faux psychology) group. This person will know something about office affairs only by official notification verbally in staff meetings, by email or paper. The sad part is this person has dynamic background and qualifications to be promoted to higher position but they learn her tips and prior knowledge by stealing information from computer, reading her office work information, and asking this subordinate how to do this and that, and this subordinate must answer question to her superior as she is a subordinate and must show that she knows what the boss is asking and also not to be called rude that she did not tell. The superior/s learn for their managerial and supervisory advantage and also give asked information to the employees whom they like and then they promote them. This unlucky person remains unpromoted and also slowly and slowly becomes less knowledgeable than others as none shares with her any office or coworkers matters, do not give her company in break and lunch etc. Can we stop giving extraordinary (supreme like God) rights to employers and coworkers who network 9eveil clubs?) that they can hack, intrude trace, tape and ask for information they need - not because this person is a criminal or a bad employee but because this person does not belong to en evil club, is hated in skin look, due to ethnic look, is not of their religion and culture etc. The employer/network employees (chief, manager, supervisor, other employees) call police time to time (very often and almost each time this person goes to another unit, outside for coffee, home and weekends) to ask them where is this person to create a suspicion in their minds in order to indignity this person out of their hatred in their beautiful look and skin but all out of evil bias/hate crime. There is none to witness this crime, unjustice, hate bias and torture. All seem to enjoy so how to stop?
