I was hired for an upper-level manegerial spot by this New Jersey Company. These people are animals. The owners curse and use discriptively fowl language, often disparaging various ethnic peoples. The do not believe in following labor law, hire illegals, encourage and assist employees in committing tax and other fraud, and are as filthy as filthy gets.
I was let go for trying to obey federal and state law. It was such a blessing, since I was getting ready to run for my life anyway. If all of the catering business is like this, I would not work for or deal with any of it!
