Work place bullying from the Principal Written by corrupt principal on 04/10/2012I have heard many stories of bullying within the education department and this one came from a friend who is still being bullied. The principal at James Meehan High School is a bitch of a bully. Ironically she is using "teaching" as a punishment to staff and race she doesn't like. She will load staff up with a "heavy" teaching load to keep them busy. The school has the most difficult students in the south western region so by being "busy", staff does very little in way of teaching but more of disciplining the class or student. Staff she favours are given very little to nil teaching load and the ethnic staff and especially staff she doesn't fancy will be given the most. The school is sick with nepotism and favouritism. The school has a poor reputation since this bully of a principal took over and it shows: student number is free falling and parents are voting with their feet. The principal hired her mother and her daughter to work at the school and the daughter once read and corrected the teacher's report on the students. Since she like the one of the male teacher she promoted him to head teacher then deputy in a space of 12 month. This deputy then convince the principal to hire his provocatively dress girl friend. He also convince the princial to hire his one time tattos parlour friend aswell. Money that should be used to educate and fund student is being used to hire friends and family just so they can have a job. The communities and the parents in the area knows how corrupt this principal is and consistently pulled their children off to another school. Students that stayed are doing so because of behavioural problems which other schools in the area will not take. Friends (staff) that have retired will always seek out the principal to "milk" the system for the public money. My friend tells me this principal is deceptive, morally corrupt and dishonest. She doesn't give a damn about the educating the students and is more in the business of giving jobs to her cronies. She often whispers how great she is at moving money around to funds people's position and have perfected her skills in lying and justifying her hiring pattern. The people she hired are lazy, attention seeking and contribute next to nothing to the education of the students. Staff at the school are disillusion and is alarmed at the how she is not reign in by the school education director.Read 4 Replies | Add a Reply

This sounds almost identical to the moral character of principal, Krish Mohip at Walsh Elementary School in Chicago, IL. The school is full of his cronies and he will hire basically white friends, especially young and attractive white females, that he chases all over the school. Never mind providing role models for the children who are hispanics. If someone dares to speak about his unethical and corrupt behavior, gets harassed constantly with the help of his cronies, who are as corrupt as he is. They surely are not competent enough to find a job based on their skills, so they look the other way about injustice and unfairness. Millions of tax money are wasted on the incompetence of cronies that there should be illegal for someone to hire friends. There should also be a system to prevent principals from harassing staff for reporting their corrupt behavior.

I am submitting this comment as someone who has been there. I'm not able to tell my story as yet because I am not willing to re-live the nightmare that was my life for too many years. What I have to tell your friend is, "quit that job and get out before it destroys you. It isn't worth it. I say this to you even with the understanding that you may be your sole support system, you may have a family to support, you may have a mortgage, responsibilities that seem more important, obligations that keep you going back to that thankless, miserable place day in and day out. You may say that you don't want to leave the students, or you fear unemployment. Whatever excuses you have that prevent you from leaving are not worth the stress that you are subjecting yourself to. Stress is sneaky. It has the ability to manifest it’s damage in so many ways throughout the body . If you think it isn’t affecting you, you are wrong! Don’t be dead wrong. We don’t know each other, but believe me when I say that I have walked in your shoes. I’ve have been reading from this site for quite awhile now and have seen many submissions to others advising them to get out of the job before it’s too late. I would always dismiss that advice too because I felt it wasn’t an option for me, or that I could handle it, or that it would get better. Well, it didn’t get better, it got worse and by the time I finally realized that I couldn’t handle it, the constant, unrelenting pressure I endured took a tremendous toll on my health. I believe the tone in any work environment is set by administration. Your story is not uncommon, just unfortunate. I strongly recommend you to leave and find another job. But if you just can’t do that, I sincerely hope that things change in your favor and that it works out for you. You are probably a great employee who’s competence has managed to threaten your administrator, in this case…a principal. School sites can be strange places and while most administrators ban bullying in the schoolyard, they don’t apply those same policies when it comes to bullying staff. In fact, it can suddenly escalate from bullying to mobbing when certificated and classified staff members take part in the abuse as a show of loyalty to the bully. Your best hope is that your offending administrator retire….soon. Otherwise, these words may haunt you someday.

organize the teachers there has to be more of you then them ..pool your money together hire an attorney and press charges against this POS and make her gone...
