A Socialite's Life: Logo

We were thrilled when we were tasked with coming up with a new logo for A Socialite's Life. Not only were we huge fans—it was a huge site! A Socialite's Life is a major celebrity gossip blog that gets over 5 Million visitors a month and has been featured by Page Six, BBC, Washington Post, NY Metro, VH1, Chicago Tribune, MSNBC, NY Daily News, Oxygen, USAToday.com, and The Village Voice.

They had recently undergone a site redesign and were unhappy with the logo the company had come up with for them. They needed something that met the attitude of the site—a martini swigging socialite who dishes on everything and everyone.

Our designer came up with this one to give the site the attitude it was meant to convey:

Not only did we create the logo for our client, we also helped update the way it was being displayed online. The old logo was coded in a way that would not work with mobile devices. Since A Socialite's Life was often read by mobile devices, we knew it was important to show a branded site to these users. Hulaweb to the rescue! We updated the client's code so that the logo would now display to mobile users. Hurray!

From the client:

Woman. You are the best! That's perfect. You hit the nail on the head. Anyway, thank you soooooooo much. This is perfect. I'm sold.
