Years ago I was hired by a company to try and keep an aging mfg line control system running. It was a custom app written by a former employee that was hardcoded to only monitor three lines but I was ordered to add a fourth against my judgement (I wanted to rewrite it).
Sure enough, the system tanks and we had to have a meeting. I go to the meeting earlier and the line supervisor is there and asks what had happened. I informed him when we added his line it overloaded the system.
He then replied (jokingly) "Sure, blame the little black kid on your problems!" (He is black and VERY funny).
I laughed and he said "I'll buy you lunch if you say that in the meeting!"
I took him up on it.
So, the rest of the attendees come in (everyone else is white) and I go over the problems and then wind up with
"But the root of the problem is we had to add the black guys line to the system and that messed everything up"
My manager's jaw dropped to the table and the black supervisor glared and stood up slowly and then started laughing and told everyone he had put me up to it.
Everyone laughed nervously, I got my lunch and my boss later told me he almost had a heart attack when I did that.

That's great! It's nice to see people who don't take themselves/life so seriously.
