The founder of our company often conducts conversations on speaker phone with the CEO sitting by his side. The person on the other end never knows that the CEO is there. A few of us have offices right outside the founder’s room and
If we are in the hall and happen to speak (asking each other questions related to business)...The CEO runs out of the room scolding us for talking. Here’s an idea…shut the door or maybe pick up the receiver!
