Jamba Juice - And I thought it would be different Written by Sad Ex Jamba on 11/16/2011After working for years at different fast food places I finally found what I thought was a perfect fit Jamba juice! Boy was I wrong after a year and a half the store was bought by the GM so I thought great someone who knows the stuggle of trying to make a living...wrong again it changed over night becoming her own little kingdom but with 2 kids I figure hey keep my head down work hard and eventually I might make management...WRONG the owner promotes me in the system as a team lead gives me a safe code and leaves me to run the store. No increase in pay even fewer hours while being told the whole time it will get better just stick with me. BIG MISTAKE suddenly I am demoted while the 2 people I was training get pay raises and promotions. Then we find out that the owner has been sleeping with the assistant manager and a local fire fighter and I get fired. I figure OK I will get another job I am great at what I do only to discover that the owner lied about why I was fired(Her friend was forging my name on bank deposits) and posioned the area so now when I go to ask for a application I am told we have heard about you and are not intristed but heres an application anyway.

Guess what Lady forgery has a 2 year statute of limitations and I have a great memory.

Forgery is a criminal offense akin to identity theft. You can actually press charges against the person who foreged your name on the checks and file a punitive suite for damages becaues you can't work in the vacinity. The burden of proof will be on them to prove they did not forge your name. The news paper gets wind of the suit and your name is cleared. Are you brave enough to persue?
