Dell Compliance

In past experience I have worked for some really unscrupulous employers and have walked away silently when a better opportunity came along. However, I was astounded to find out that a major corporation like Dell's would allow such activity to exist and felt that others should be made aware. I was employed at Dell's compliance division and had been assigned a new manager. Needless to say I was expecting someone with a professional caliber of communication, integrity, honesty and organization. Key components of those who should be raised in the ranks however this was not the case. After trying to meet Thusu's level of performance which was unrealistic and achieving it while giving up weekends, nights and vacation time to compllete the tasks, I was terminated based on falsified facts and therefore refused to submit my final assignments just based on the facts that he couldn't man up and just dismiss based on the real reason, he just didn't like me. The real issue is he wanted to be surrounded by incompetence so he would look better.
To date the expenses that are to be reimbursed based on company policy is still owed and I have their equipment with all the sensitive information of clients with me.

Dell's work ethic is still of the slave drive mentality and they have high turn over in that area. What's truly amazing is that they will compromise their ethics on compliance assessments to please the client, which means deceptive reporting practices. I will not omit a negative finding if it means losing my credibility. This is not a one time situation. They will underbid and engagement and then improperly scope a job so they can charge more to the engagement after the ink is dried to correct the client's acceptance of job underscoped.

Good luck to those who decide to work or contract for such a malicious person, just be advised that the HR dept is equally at fault for not responding to the issues reported.
