So, let me start by saying my boss is a total nutjob. Anything that anyone says about me is automatically taken as gospel, then I get hauled into her office and TOLD that I did something wrong. She has no regard to my side of things. This started when one co-worker said I was leaving early with another co-worker (I wasn't) Rather than ask the co-worker I am supposedly leaving with, I was dragged in and threatened with a write-up. Shortly thereafter I suffered a stress related seizure. Now, that same vulture co-worker who made up the first story decided that I "hurt her feelings" when I said something A WEEK AGO! Of course, the boss gets involved because it wouldn't cause problems if she just told me she was upset. This nutcase wants to get me fired! I've had enough. Now, the co-worker asks as though I have done something wrong. I'm not the one running to mommy every time someone looks at me wrong. What can I do?

Document everything the whackjob says and does, and be absolutely sweet, polite and nice to her, even going so far as to make sure there are witnesses to this, so she can't claim you're being mean. Think of it as "the cameras are rolling and I need that Oscar", to inspire you to act like you're the nicest person on the face of the earth, even when you'd like to paste her one with the first blunt object that comes to hand. It's a challenge, I know. Maybe mention to the office gossip that she's always running to Mommy about the problems, too - cut her support lines.
