I work at a clinic and deal with some of the most bizarre, yet mean people I have ever met. My boss harshly criticizes everyone and never admits when she is wrong, blaming everyone else for her mistakes. She is rude and always interrupting everyone. OH my!!! This was by far the WORST job I have ever had!!! The worst place to work. First of all NO ONE is properly trained. There are way toooooo MANY chiefs with NOT enough Indians in this place!!! Everyone comes at you telling you a different way they want things dones. Seems as the store is a mess so is the background office keeping. No one seems to know what is store policy and what isnt... I know who the individual is in these posts and who all they are talking about. I witnessed it. She is telling the truth. This woman was sexually harassed, set-up and lied on all the time.
I felt so bad for her as she was always nice and polite to me. Let her go over some bulls**t rumors and stuff they could never prove and when they could not prove most of the lies, they started trying to make stuff up to back up all what they were doing and had done, putting other people up to it and everything... Still ongoing..Was followed several times on yesterday..
I would never admit to anyone that I am perfect, I know I am not. I treat people how I would want to be treated and leave it at that. It does not matter to me what race, age, background or where you are from, everyone in my eyes is equal to me, until you throw stones at me or mistreat me for no reason, then I would just simply not want to be bothered with you and eventually lump you in a category... i work as a housekeeper in a hospital, it is not as glamourous as it seems. i work at night.43 rooms a night. most staff are leaving or gone when i get to work. i pass a reception area on way to my closet, and let me say, there are nice nurses. but one likes to treat me like i'm "retarded" because of my job.even before this began,she talked down too me, i knew she was very superficial,flirtacious w/ male staff, (to the point of embarassing herself) and "image" was her top priority... Today I was told by my "supervisor" that I had been "written up" by a coworker. I have been in this field for 33 years and I presently working for a company that allows anyone to make a complaint about a coworker and it is treated seriously by "management". I've worked at Best Buy for a little over 3 months. I was hired as a "seasonal employee" for the time leading up to and through the Christmas holiday. The first month was fine, no problems no complaints, as time went on I began to notice things. There were certain groups of people at Best Buy who stuck together, such as managers, supervisors, sales associates, and warehouse employees. If you worked in that respective department you had to stick together with those people. If you did not, you would be outcast, labeled as a trouble maker or something along those lines.
