I worked nine months for a small security company in Phoenix Arizona called Alpha Security. Nine months...I know, not a long time. Care to know why? I got paid bi weekly with Alpha Secuity. That's normal. But every pay day my check was always cut short. I constantly had to point out the amount to Herman, the boss, and he's have me come back a day later so he could hand write me the second half of my paycheck. Tellers usually are not too keen on cashing hand written parole checks. And if that isn't bad enough, I lost count of how many of those checks bounced like a boingy rubber ball. Then there are the checks that arrive days later than what we employees were told to expect. I've got bills you know? Finally, after three shy of a year, I turned in my uniforms. I simply quit. I was tired of it yknow? When I went to pick up my last check, it was....you guessed it.... Way too short. I went to point it out, but boss man Herman denied any error. He said I would get the remaining days on a check two weeks later. When I spoke out about it Herman told me. "If you want, I can wait 60 days to pay you. I can make life hard on you." Never apply for a job with Alpha Security. The place is a joke.
