hard worker

Farmer Brothers coffee co. must have a program on how to destroy moral and kill dreams and hope. I have seen first hand how they will spend a dollar to save a penny and if you disagree with them, you are considered someone that shouldn't be talk to or be seen with. Upper management promotes unity but backs devision. I love this company but can't understand why they go out of their way to destroy so many hard workers. Punishment and sarcasum is how they motivate. I have seen workers that I would want to run my business and have as friends just get treated like dirt. This company was a giant once. Now it is just a shell of what could have been. Yes I see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am just walking towards it now but expect to be in a full run as my time comes closer. I wrote this because I truly feel sad and angry at what was once a great opportunity for anyone. That is until they killed the dream of the hopeful. Shame on Farmer Brothers Management. You were once hard workers
