Oh boy...recently an offshore "developer" was hired on my team to replace one or two of us. Come to find out he doesn't even know how to develop and that we not only have to train him to do our jobs under the guise of "knowledge transfer" but we also have to TEACH him how to be a developer! All so we can be out of jobs when we're done! I mean come on...if we're gonna bend over that far, you mean to tell me we can't do the same thing and train a kid out of college who lives in AMERICA?
