USCIS screamers at Texas Service Center

Anyone wishing to be abused,verbally or physically should apply for work at the USCIS Texas Service Center.
There, the Director walks around the building screaming at employees and sticking his finger in their face. If an employee goes into his office and he doesn't like their comments, he curses at them. The Deputy Director regularly screams at middle management. The Chief of Staff walks around the building screaming at employees, then tries to cover up his actions. One male Assistant Center Director has grabbed and pushed women, and men! This same male recently screamed at a female Assistant Center Director. This female Assistant Center Director screamed back, all in public for any employee to hear! One of the female temporary supervisors goes around screaming at employees!!
They are all dysfunctional and making over $80K. You pay their salaries! This continues even while USCIS Director Gonzalez talks about professionalism. God help our government.

I am just curious, are the 'screamers' you talk about Latin? It would explain the behavior (yet NOT excuse it) as Latinos (especially men) can be VERY tempermental. Again, I am just curious.

I hate to say it, but I can't sympathize. Your 'service' (oxymoron) center and others like it put people through so much misery with immigration BS that I have absolutely no sympathy at all. Sorry.

This is no way to run a place. No wonder it took 16-YES SIXTEEN Months to renew my permanent registration card! I never ever got a ticket. I am working and taxpaying; married to a citizen and parent of a young citizen. But I came from a northern clime.

I have sympathy for you. Government Managers are the worst. In our office no one with any integrity wants to be a manager, the only people that apply can't do the job or are so desperate for money they will do anything. Similar to prostitutes.
The result is mismanagement. The actual workers try to make suggestions only to be ignored. Other workers might complain about inept managers but government workers have to pay for their bosses salaries. It's very frustrating.
