Rev. Belevit, Chaplain of the Damn the Man Army™, speaks the truth to guide us all through the work day. Amen and Hallelujah!
The HR Rep - A Demonic Cherub of The Man!
Brothers and Sisters...WELCOME.
Salutations and glorification to the Holy Temple of the Damn the Man Army!
I have been given the rare opportunity render unto you the Gospel of Jobschmob! The Gospel of the downtrodden, abused, neglected, mistreated, underpaid and overworked "associates" here in the 3rd level of Purgatory known as EMPLOYMENT!
Can I have a Hallelujah?!!
Welcome and be seated.
There is only one place to start and that's at the beginning! Turn in your scripture to Chapter 1, Verse 1 "The Genesis of Your Employment". And the Man said, "Let there be an interview with Human Resources". Nowww then, do not let this "H.R." representative fool you. When you observe this being with your earthly eyes, you see a nicely dressed, neatly groomed individual aiding you in your quest for employment. A very personable, seemingly reputable man or woman just dying to hire you. Not So!!! Look at this person with the eyes that Jobschmob gave you. This entity is just a frontrunner, a minion, the point man (person), if you will, for "The Man". You are sent to "H.R." so that they can snake their way into your psyche, expunge your neurotic tendencies, divulge your idiosyncrasies, and basically eviscerate your "interview persona". They salivate at the thought of a trickle of nervous sweat dripping from your brow or an unintentional anxious stutter. It only feeds their twisted hunger if you twitch, shake, stammer, or show any weakness. Jobschmob is your strength!
When next in an interview, see the "H.R." representative for what "it" really is...a devious, deceptive, calculating, conniving, demonic cherubim of The Man. Once one of us, now it has sold its soul to the Corporate Empire.
That's all I have from the Gospel of Jobschmob this morning, but just remember, "H.R." does not stand for Human Resources. It stands for Hellish Reconnaissance.
Disclaimer: Obviously "The Rev" is not an ordained minister of any kind and is not affiliated with any church or place of worship. The Rev. Ken U. Belevit persona is done in satire and jest strictly for JobSchmob.com.
