My Worst Job:Temporary job at State Office for Disability. I was supposed to call people who had submitted incomplete forms for their disability claim. The problem was that most people I called didn't understand that I was simply a reminder, that I was not a case evaluator. They wanted to ask me questions, or more frequently complain about how slow the claims process was. Basically I spent my day calling people that I didn't know and listening to them express their irritation or confusion. The job lasted 3 weeks and by the third day I was counting the days down until I was done.

General Philosophy:I use a lot of sports analogies. So, I guess I'd say: "Play hard. Never give up. At the end I want to feel that someone will say 'Good game.'"
