If my cube-mate had a sliding panel I know she would insist on leaving it open and then she would eat her gross lunches and talk to me with her mouth ull of food through the sliding door. And if my cubicle was clear, I would have to look at the gross "hygene" habits (dandruff farming, nose picking etc)of guy on the other side of me. No thanks!

I've been livin' in a cubicle with plexi windows for almost 2 yrs. and it sucks! Lead yacks & spies on me. Gonna put up one-way reflective tinting, so I can spy on him but he can't see in!

To LESSEN isolation? I'm a programmer, once I know what it is that I'm supposed to be doing (which may require me to talk to others), I NEED that isolation to get my job done. :P
